The City of Harper is accepting sealed bids for the offer to purchase 2000 Luverne Pumper. Bids must be submitted to Harper City Clerk 201 W. Main St. Harper, Kansas 67058, in a sealed envelope clearly marked 2000 Luverne Pumper.
The deadline to submit a bid is Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read publicly on November 20, 2024, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to refuse all bids.
